Rooms Set Up

All rooms with big opening windows are fully furnished with private telephone line of its own number for internet surfing and voice, color television, refrigerator, in-room electronic safe fit for laptop, 3-feet-wide single bed / 4-feet-wide double bed / twin single-bed, bedding, wardrobe, round table or writing desk, chairs/armchairs, table/wall lamp, storage shelf, mirror, alarm clock radio, hair-dryer, air-conditioning and bathroom with hot & cold water shower.
Majority of the rooms are complete with own pantry for preparing coffee/tea facilities.

Beds Configuration

Double Bed Size : 4 feet / 122 cm wide x 6 feet / 183 cm long
Single Bed Size ..: 3 feet / 91 cm wide x 6 feet / 183 cm long

* 3.5 feet/107 cm or 4.5 feet/137 cm wide bed might be arranged on special request.

NOTE : king size or queen size beds are not available from us.

# Baby Cot : Chicco brand, 26.5 inch/68 cm wide x 50 inch/127 cm long (no extra charge)

• Rates per room per night for single or double occupancy
• Rates are inclusive of tax and service charge
• Payment upfront in cash of any currency or by credit card
• Payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Daily housekeeping service
• Free in-room coffee and tea
• Luggage storage
• ADSL broadband internet facility at HK$0.50 per minute in business centre or in-room connection at HK$70 a day (please bring your own LAN cable for RJ45 and laptop with network connections setting to obtain IP address automatically)
• Each wash & dry at HK$40
• Gym/Fitness facility at HK$85 per visit
• Free and unlimited local telephone calls
• Unlimited international phone calls to designated countries at HK$200 per person per stay, additional user at HK$100
• Calling card available for international calls at HK$50 for 277 minutes to USA, Canada, UK, Thailand, Singapore, etc. or charge directly to your credit card
• Upon check in a key deposit of HKD100/USD15/EUR10 or equivalent is required which is totally refundable after returning back the key in good condition
• Check out time at 12 noon while check in time at or after 2 p.m.
• USD values are subject to exchange rate fluctuation and should be taken as a rough guide only
• Rates may vary, from HK$100 to HK$200, during special events (exhibitions, Rugby 7, etc.), high seasons (March, April, May, October, November and December) and low availabilities; HK$50 for single / double rooms or HK$100 for triple / quad rooms during weekends (Fridays & Saturdays) and Public Holidays. It is subject to further changes without prior notice

The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected and these are beyond our control. We cannot accept any complaints related to individual tastes, preferences and comparisons. We cannot further accept responsibility for any disturbances or inconveniences beyond our control nor for accidents, damages and/or losses caused by our management or staff in our place.
