Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware

Originally the home of the commander-in-chief of the British forces, the museum houses a huge collection of tea ware in Hong Kong's oldest surviving colonial building. The exhibition, Far Beyond Teapots, features ewers, teacups, covered bowls, tea caddies and wine vessels. Also contains the K S Lo Gallery with its permanent exhibition of rare cerammics and seals from the Song and Ming dynasties. Open Wednesday - Monday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.. Closed on Tuesdays, Dec 25-26, Jan 1and the first two days of the Lunar New Year. Admission free.
