Rooms Set Up

All rooms with big opening windows are fully furnished with private telephone line of its own number, 100M Fibre high-speed internet connection, color television, refrigerator, in-room electronic safe fit for laptop, 3-feet-wide (91.5cm) single bed / 4-feet-wide (122cm) double bed / twin single-bed, bedding, wardrobe, round table or writing desk, chairs / armchairs, table/wall lamp, storage shelf, mirror, alarm clock radio, hair-dryer, air-conditioning and bathroom with hot & cold water shower.
Majority of the rooms are complete with own basic-equipped kitchenette / pantry.

Double Bed Size : 4 feet / 122 cm wide x 6 feet / 183 cm long
Single Bed Size ..: 3 feet / 91cm wide x 6 feet / 183 cm long

* 3.5 feet/107 cm or 4.5 feet/137 cm wide bed might be arranged on special request.

NOTE : king size or queen size beds are not available from us.

Single(bed) Room : contains one single bed, suitable for 1 person.
Double(bed) Room : contains one double bed, suitable for 1 to 2 persons.
Twin single-bed Room : contains two single beds, suitable for 2 persons.
Triple Room : contains one double bed and one single bed, suitable for 2 to 3 persons.
Quad/Family Room : contains one double bed & two single beds; or two double beds, suitable for 3 to 4 persons.
Dormitory Bunk Bed : one bunk bed for 1 person. In the male's dorm, there are 4 beds, while in the female's,
.................................. there are 6 beds and private bathroom.

Specifications might vary in different rooms.

(Note: It is warranted that all the rooms are NOT of 'shoe-box', 'pigeon-hole' or 'capsule' sizes.)

Terms & Conditions

• 30 days as one month basis
• Minimum one month stay or payment regardless of early departure
• Monthly rates will be revised after a continuous stay of 12 months
• One month full rental payment in advance IN CASH only of any currencies
• Payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Security deposit equivalent to one-month's rent (in cash of any currencies or by credit card on hold), refundable in cash of the same currency on the day of check out without delay
• Reservation can only be confirmed upon receipt of 50% security deposit
• After one-month's stay, extended stay at pro rata monthly rate upto and including 21 days
• No pro rata refund or transfer of occupancy on early departure
• Inclusive of building management fee, unlimited local telephone calls, water and sewage charges but exclusive of room electricity charge
• Weekly room cleaning, linen & towel changing services
• Free daily newspaper
• Unlimited international phone calls to designated countries at HK$200 a month per person
• Calling card available for international calls at HK$50 for 277 minutes to USA, Canada, UK, Thailand, Singapore, etc. or charge directly to your credit card
• In-room 100M Fibre high-speed internet connection unlimited at HK$200 a month, additional user at HK$100
  (please bring your own LAN cable for RJ45 and laptop with network connections setting to obtain IP address automatically)
• Self-serviced laundry facility at HK$200 a month, additional user at HK$100 or HK$40 for both wash & dry
• Luggage storage
• Upon check in a key deposit of HK$100/US$15/EUR10 or equivalent is required which is totally refundable after returning back the key in good condition
• Gym/Fitness facility at HK$85 per visit

• Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested reservation is available, we cannot guarantee, under unforeseen circumstances, the actual room type and bedding configuration of the room and are subject to availability on the day of check in. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected and these are beyond our control. We cannot accept any complaints related to individual tastes, preferences and comparisons. We cannot further accept responsibility for any disturbances or inconveniences beyond our control nor for accidents, damages and/or losses caused by our management or staff in our place.
