- Please email us the Reservation Form duly completed, then wait for our email confirmation.
- The status of your reservation will be replied within 24 hours; if not received, kindly email us the reservation form once again and please double check your email address.
- Should you require guaranteed reservation especially check in after 18:00 hours, please go to the 'Payment' page to complete and signify the Authorization form to charge your credit card, or pay upfront the deposit as required.
- Deposit will be set off against your payment of rent upon check in.
- No refund of deposit for 'No Show' and any cancellation of reservation made within 48 hours.
- Deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable except duplicate payment and may incur handling charge by the processing company.
